Blake Skiles, CPPO, NIGP-CPP, CPPB
Blake has over 19 years of Procurement & Contracting experience in the Public Sector.
Blake holds professional designations with both UPPCC and NIGP.
He currently serves on multiple board and committees for professional associations across the United States and is a Past President of the National Procurement Institute.
In 2023, Blake was honored as the recipient of the Carlton N. Parker Award for Outstanding Service, the most prestigious award presented to an individual by the National Procurement Institute for outstanding contributions to the development and progress of NPI and the Public Procurement Profession.
Throughout his years of service, Blake has served both Counties and Municipalities in developing new Policies & Procedures and implementing advanced e-Procurement systems. His passion for Public Procurement is well known, choosing to pursue the career while he was still in High School.
